“ The soft scents of springtime, they linger
Like the frost of fading dawn. Now, a new day breaks, bringing
the light of yester, Bearing promise of its own. ”

ROOTY BAR

ROOTY BAR – “new land” inspired by the city restored from natural disasters and epidemics. A place where beautiful things are kept, precious energies are left. Especially the water source – a positive miracle that nature has bestowed on humans.
Located on the 15th floor of The Myst Dong Khoi hotel with a 24m long infinity pool, ROOTY BAR owns a mysterious and unique space, giving you a sense of privacy and isolation when drinking their favorite cocktail and see the city in front of your eyes.

The Nest Restaurant

A pocket of vibrant Vietnam on the 12th floor, The Nest Restaurant echoes the aesthetics of the familial home. Red roof tiles, stone floors, and fine Vietnamese furnishings bring a warm traditional touch to an all-day dining experience unlike any in Saigon. The buffet is served from a nine-metre wooden boat, the type you see on the Saigon River in spring, full of flowers and fruits. Our chef brings the flavours of Europe to our kitchen, crafting meals that appeal to local, regional and international tastes. Indulge in our Vietnamese specialties – fresh steamed fish, shellfish and seafood prepared the authentic way.

Bason Café

The Ba Son Shipyard is a long-standing historical site and one of Saigon’s most beloved heritage sites. Although the shipyard is no longer there, its memory lives on at Bason Café, where restored artifacts pay tribute to an Indochinese icon. French elements – trusses from Toulon, tiles from Marseille – recall a time when Vietnam was strong, while maritime relics reflect our love for the river. At Bason Café, local flavors shape Saigon’s culinary heritage. Enjoy delicious coffee, creative drinks and local specialties.
