Madam Kew features a purely Eastern style with subtle touches of European design. It is inspired by the true historical story of Margaret Choo, a renowned entrepreneur in Asia during the 1940s. Margaret had a significant influence in creating a bar model characterized by an atmospheric ambiance and retro Hong Kong style, which attracted a large number of Thai customers and later Vietnamese patrons.
